Thailand has begun selling tickets for the first leg of the 2026 ASEAN Cup final, priced between 200 and 500 baht, roughly 165,000 to over 400,000 Vietnamese dong. As soon as the host nation qualified for the final, thousands of supporters queued up to grab tickets that very night.

The organizers in Thailand have opened ticket sales for the first leg of the 2026 ASEAN Cup final, which will take place at Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok at 8 PM on August 22. The match's appeal was evident as a large number of local fans immediately sought tickets after the second leg of the semifinal between Thailand and Singapore.

According to Thai media, just minutes after the final whistle of the semifinal match, thousands of fans lined up to buy final tickets. Although Thailand lost 1-2 to Singapore at home, the team under the interim head coach still advanced with a 4-3 aggregate score after two legs.

The high demand for tickets led organizers to limit each person to a maximum of four tickets. The willingness of fans to queue from midnight highlights the immense appeal of the 2026 ASEAN Cup final, especially since Thailand's opponent could be Vietnam.

How much are the tickets for the 2026 ASEAN Cup final?

Ticket prices are divided into six tiers depending on the seating area. Converted to Vietnamese dong for easier understanding, at an exchange rate of approximately 1 baht = 830 Vietnamese dong, the specific ticket prices are as follows:

Thus, fans only need about 166,000 dong to get a ticket in the cheapest area, while the most expensive ticket costs about 415,000 dong. Notably, the section reserved for away fans (AWAY) is priced at 500 baht, equivalent to approximately 415,000 dong per ticket. If Vietnam overcomes Malaysia, this will be the area for Vietnamese fans traveling to Bangkok to support coach Kim Sang-sik's team.

Tickets went on sale online from 10 PM on August 18. In addition to the ticket price, buyers must pay an extra 30 baht service fee per ticket, roughly 25,000 dong. Some online payment methods may incur additional convenience fees.
